As an affiliate marketer - how do I get targeted traffic?

Have you ever thought about giving Affiliate Marketing a try but was afraid it was too difficult? Affiliate Marketing is one of the easiest ways to make money online. It is simply a relationship between the affiliate who promotes the products or services and the merchant who offers them. And you need targeted traffic!

When you advertise the merchant’s products or services through an article, blog and/or a website, you get a commission for every purchase the customer makes. You get paid for either the number of visits (Pay-per-click), registrant (Pay-per-lead), or commission for each sale (Pay-per-sale).

The ability to earn in affiliate marketing is only limited by the affiliate’s determination, creativity and strategy. It is a great way to earn an income online. You do not have to produce your own product or service. The more you advertise, the more you make.

Some affiliate checks are small. Some affiliate checks can reach the thousands and even more. Do not get caught up in getting rich overnight. Start slow. You should expect to put in work and effort. You need to find ways to attract targetted traffic that will bring sales for the merchant and revenue for you.

If you choose an affiliate program you believe in, your potential customers will sense your sincerity. Your credibility will increase and will really encourage your prospect to purchase the product or service.

It is very easy to join affiliate programs. Don’t be tempted to join as many programs you can. This does not necessarily guarantee more affiliate checks and is not a wise option. You want to give your affiliate programs enough attention and work.

Stay focused and give your affiliate programs the attention they need. Only after your first affiliate program begins making a profit, join another affiliate program. Repeat this as many times as you want.

Mindy McCready dead in apparent suicide

Mindy McCready dead in apparent suicide

Troubled country music star Mindy McCready, whose platinum singing career was shadowed by substance abuse and suicide attempts, was found dead on Sunday of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, an Arkansas sheriff said. She was 37.

McCready's body was found on the porch of a house in Heber Springs, Arkansas, on Sunday afternoon. She was pronounced dead at the scene "from what appears to be a single self-inflicted gunshot wound," the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

Just last month David Wilson, McCready’s boyfriend and the father of her 9-month-old son Zayne, was found dead on the same porch where McCready's body was found. His death also was investigated as a suicide.

McCready entered court-ordered rehab earlier this month after her father told a judge she was no longer taking care of herself or her children and was abusing drugs and alcohol. Her sons were put in foster care at the time, but it's not clear where Zander and Zayne were at the time of McCready's suicide.

News of McCready's death spread quickly Sunday night on Twitter with major country stars paying their respects to Nashville's onetime darling.

The Story About Harlem Shake is that the Harlem Shake is an Internet meme that went viral on YouTube in February 2013. The meme is in the form of a video that began being replicated according to a similar concept by many people.

Harlem Shake (meme) should not be confused with Harlem Shake (dance).

The art form of the meme was established by five teenagers known as The Sunny Coast Skate from Queensland, Australia. After a while, more people started to replicate the boys' video and upload their own versions to YouTube, therefore Harlem Shake became what is called an Internet meme, in this case a series of similar videos created accordingly to a similar concept.

YouTube's Trends blog attributes the meme to a video by a YouTube comedy blogger named Filthy Frank, while recognizing that the art form of the meme was established in the first video follow-up, uploaded on February 2 by The Sunny Coast Skate, five teenagers from Queensland, Australia.

An Internet meme is a concept that spreads from person to person via the Internet. The concept of a meme was defined and described by Richard Dawkins in his 1976 book The Selfish Gene, as an attempt to explain the way cultural information spreads; internet memes are a subset of this, specific to the culture and environment of the internet.
