Can you remember that first spark of hope you felt when you watched The Secret? I clearly remember the desire that filled my heart, knowing that – Yes, I can make my dreams come true – FINALLY!

But how many of you soon saw that hope dwindle into frustration? How many of you (and be honest now) started muttering things like:

- “It seems to work for other people, but I just can’t get it right.”

- “I’m frustrated that sometimes I can get it to work, but sometimes I can’t. What’s the trick?”

- “Why am I having so much trouble?”

- “I think the universe is against me.”

- “I’m trying very, VERY hard but still nothing is happening!”

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. About 97% of people also couldn’t make the Law of Attraction work for them the first time round. Think about it, just like anything else, you have to practice many times before you see success. A child doesn’t learn to walk without falling over a couple of times, right?

But in practice, everything is easier said and done. When you’re frustrated, it’s hard to stay positive. And it’s especially harder to stay positive when the evidence all around you is screams negativity like the unstable economy or senseless acts of violence.

Well, here’s three quick tips so you will never feel frustrated or tired of begging from the universe, because you know how to start manifesting like a pro.

1. Allow Yourself To Receive

Just like a lost child who approaches a police officer and asks, “Excuse me Sir, can you tell me how to go to the post office? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you?” Well, if the child goes on and on asking, the police officer can’t even give an answer, right?

Well, it’s the same thing with your mind. If the only thing your mind is doing is transmit, transmit, transmit, the universe — which is trying to respond — can’t give you a single thing because you’re not allowing yourself to receive!

So, have the confidence in yourself and stop exhausting yourself by running around person to person begging for riches, and then wondering why nobody is dropping a penny in your cup (Hint: It’s because you’re running away too fast for them before they can even reach for their wallets).

Just think of your desires and leave it out there, go away, and trust that your cup will be filled with gold coins (or whatever it is you asked for) when the time is right.

2. Be Patient With Yourself

Receiving takes time.

Sadly, many people give up just a couple of steps before the finish line because they’ve decided that if it’s not working by now, it’s never going to work at all. Worse still are those who throw in more and more energy because they think that with more resources, the results will come faster.

This is like expecting 9 mothers to conceive and deliver a baby in 1 month. You also can’t bake cookies in half the time by doubling the temperature. You’ll incinerate those cookies to ashes!

In simple terms: Everything in this world has a natural development time, and this fact will not change no matter what resources you throw at it.

So relax and be patient. Remember that you too, as part of the universe, are also governed by the laws of the universe, and you cannot change the natural development time.

If you remember this, you will less likely work yourself up into frustration, or worse, push yourself into a downward spiral of negativity.

3. Support and Educate Yourself

Like the child who is learning how to walk, you need support. You also need to guidance on how to do it, and also the role models to look up to.

Many people give up because they think that “The Secret” is the “be all and end all” solution. Well, it’s NOT. “The Secret” is just a small portion. It was never intended, and has never been, the whole answer.

Coming to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work when all you ever did to educate yourself was watch “The Secret” 19 times (without looking at changing the habits of other areas of your life) is like coming to the conclusion that exercising is not an effective way to lose weight because all you did is run on the treadmill for 2 hours a day (but you’re still stuffing yourself with fried foods and cheesecakes).

So seek and be hungry for new knowledge. Also, make an effort to be amongst people or communities where you can support each other, learn from each other and also share new knowledge that you have found.

While the Law of Attraction is not an overnight delivery service, it will indeed deliver, if you do your part too!

Thoughts are powerful!

One of the greatest challenges in life is understanding just how powerful our thoughts are. Many of us learn this the hard way.

While I do believe that there is such a thing as fate or destiny, there are far fewer instances of that in our lives than we think. More often than not, our thoughts work against us and we can live our entire lives being completely unaware of it. The good news is that we can consciously choose to have our thoughts work for us, rather than against us. All it takes is the willingness to believe it’s possible, and of course, the willingness to do the work required.

Thoughts are powerful – so how do we change them?

By purposely feeding our minds more positive material. Remember that your life as it exists today is the direct result of your past and present beliefs about yourself. You may or may not be aware of these beliefs on a conscious level, but that doesn’t matter. The most important thing is to begin changing those beliefs NOW. This will eventually override the negative messages, and your life will change. Whether you want to lose a few pounds, make more money, meet your soulmate or write a best-selling novel, know that you DO have the power to do it.

So realize that your thoughts are powerful and take action if you want to change your current situation!

The Ease of Being in Flow

Have you ever experienced moments when everything seemed to just flow? Moments when you didn't have to struggle or fight or force things to happen? It's as if there were a giant hand holding a magic wand a few paces ahead of you at every step, magically shifting circumstances so that everything goes your way.

The flow seems to happen spontaneously most of the time. We might be working, running errands, doing chores around the house, or even just kicking back and watching television. Whatever we're doing, we realize that we feel good. Calm, relaxed, alert, happy - we are in a state of non-resistance. We're not struggling with errant emotions or frustrated desires. We simply feel in tune with the rhythm of life.

Not only do we feel better, but our experiences seem to be easier, smoother, more enjoyable. People we encounter seem kinder, we end up getting the good parking spaces at shopping malls, money comes to us more easily, our relationships seem more harmonious, and so on.

Though we've probably all experienced this buoyant state of being at one time or another, most of us don't experience it enough. On a regular basis, we deal with setbacks, irritations, frustrations, disruptions, interruptions, and moments of pure exasperation. Worse, once we are "out of flow," it seems incredibly difficult (if not impossible) to get back into the flow.

Being in flow - How to get there

Well, I'm here to tell you that not only is it possible, it's quite simple once you understand the steps that will bring you back to a harmonious state. Lately I've been exploring these steps in more detail, and I'd like to share some tips to help you get (and stay) in the flow in your own life.

Decide what you believe and believe what you decide!

Stop blaming others.
Stop making excuses.
Quit trying to avoid change.

You are in control of your own life. Once you understand that, whilst it may be life that presents the doors to you - YOU are in control of which doors you choose to walk through.

Yes, some forces are out of your control, but life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% - how you react to it. Like this post if you will take it upon yourself today to understand that the best thing you can do is let go of focusing on what you cant control and invest your energy - your mind, in the things you can - like your attitude.

Believe what you decide!

Decide on what you believe that you can achieve - whether its moving house, getting that promotion or just running that 10 minutes more at the gym. Stop saying tomorrow and start saying today. Believe in yourself - you can do it.

The more you focus your attention onto something, and the more emotion that you attach to that thought, the quicker you attract it into your life.

Stop focusing on what you don't want - because that's what you will end up attracting. Focus on the solution, on the outcome.

So how do you write your first blog post at Empower Network?

Okay, everybody, now time for some bonus training. We’re going to talk about how to add Google analytics to your blog. In order to do that, you need to go to Google.com/analytics and you’re going to be able to set up an account for free.

Now, when you get there, it’s Google analytics, as soon as you’ve logged in with your account, you’re going to click on admin, or if you’re a brand new account, it should default you, but if you’ve already got a Google analytics account, you click on admin and then you click on new account and it’s going to bring you to this screen here.

Now you can name your account whatever you want, I think an easy way to go is just to name it Empower Network. You’re going to put in the URL right there and now right here it’s going to be http://www.EmpowerNetwork.com/whatever your user name is. Okay? Just like that, http://www.EmpowerNetwork.com/YourUserName. You could choose whatever your setting are, you could choose any, you know, any industry that you want for your stuff, all this doesn’t matter. You can choose to share your settings or not share them, if you want. And make sure to go through and read the agreement yourself, you always want to read stuff. Create an account, and it’s creating.

Now, what it’s done is it’s created this tracking code. Now, don’t worry, this all looks complex, but look at how simple this is. Paste this code on your site. Okay? So all you do is scroll down and copy all that. Highlight it, copy it. That’s it. I just highlighted it and copied it. Now when you go back to your Empower Network blog, you go down here to settings, all the way down to the bottom you’ve got Google analytics. Okay? And you **** this and that. And look, actually don’t even need it, this new setting in here just asks for your site tracking code. It’s actually going to be a heck of a lot easier than even copying that. Your site tracking code is just right here. Just copy that little thing. Simple. And just like that, we’re going to go back and we’re going to paste it. Paste. See how simple that was? And then save changes. There you go. You basically have Google analytics set up now, you’re going to be able to start to see analytics. When you log in, you’re going to be able to have, you’re going to have an account called Empower Network, and you’re going to be able to log in, you’re going to be able to start seeing your traffic, you’re going to start to see what keywords they come in off of, what pages are the most popular, and everything that you could want.
So that’s exactly how to set it up. As you could see, it only took a minute, it’s absolutely free, and it’s just extremely simple.

So there you go, that’s how you write your first blog post and how to set up Google analytics on your blog.

For now I will show you some very simple SEO keyword tactics you can use to
help your posts rank in the search engines.

This is How to Increase Traffic to Your Blog.
It may not be instant….but long term organic traffic (free traffic) is some of the Best traffic MONEY can buy….it’s FREE!
So after you have decided the general content you are going to blog about.
Now comes your keyword research to help optimize your blog post to help it rank in the search engines.

1. Use Google Search and find:
Google external keyword tool

2. Then Search a word or phrase related to your content, also select “Phrase”
Any term that has 10,000 or less in searches per month you could rank for easier than something with more searches per month.
This could be any keyword phrase like “how to increase traffic to your blog”
if it is less than 10,000 it is easier to rank for.

Then you do something tricky…..

3. You find out how many indexed titles there are? Do this by adding – intitle”(your phrase in quotes)” ( intitle:”how to increase traffic to your blog“)
*we want something that has 30,000 or less that are indexed titles


4. A step further:
You want to find out how many sites have your keyword phrase in the url name.
Do this by searching the phrase like this: in url: how to increase traffic to your blog” (over 100,000 not good) “we want less than 50% of the intitle amount

Alright now that you have done your Keyword Research it’s time to do your SEO for your blog post.
This is where the rubber meets the road.Put your keyword in your blog post title (make it look natural)
key word: how to increase traffic to your blog
title: how to increase traffic to your blog everyday

The following is critical to your optimizing of the post:
Put your keyword naturally in the
First paragraph
Middle
Last paragraph of your post…..

Finally add Tags.
What do tags mean? Tags are your keywords
After you have implemented all of the above you can stop there and you will already be ahead of many online marketers in relation to their SEO.
