CloudZow Review – can the sun shine thru CloudZom?

CloudZow, founded in early 2012, offers an automated online backup service through its network of Marketing Affiliates. CloudZow’s backup service provides unlimited data backup with secure file retrieval and access and 24/7 product support for $5.00 per month for 1 computer, $15.00 per month for 3 computers and $25 per month for 5 or more computers. CloudZow customers can view and download their files from anywhere with Internet access. The company offers new customers a free 15-day trial.  

CloudZow - Goals

From the company website: ‘CloudZow's mission is to provide leading edge technology to personal computer users everywhere to utilize the power and resources of the Internet to protect and maximize their information exchange.’

CloudZow - Enrollment Options

There are no signup fees to join CloudZow as an Affiliate and no monthly fees. There is no option on the company website to enroll. New Affiliates must contact an existing Affiliate to sign up.

CloudZow - Compensation Plan

CloudZow Affiliates earn 10% to 30% commission on the sale of CloudZow’s service to retail customers, with the percentage of commission depending on the Affiliate’s rank. CloudZow has a unilevel compensation plan that pays 10% on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 7 of an Affiliate’s team. Affiliates do not have any qualification requirements to earn retail commission but must generate at least $40.00 a month in personal sales to qualify for bonuses.

CloudZow – The conclusion

All in all having to recruit 8 affiliates ($5 each a month) to unlock bonuses within the compensation plan doesn’t seem attractive as an income opportunity, however being entirely possible as a possibility it doesn’t hurt to rule out the possibility. Personally I think CloudZow could benefit greatly by a greater distinction between retail customers and affiliates but in the absence of any distinction, it then falls on prospective affiliates to evaluate whether or not in a practical sense that distinction exists, or whether CloudZow is simply full of affiliates paying a monthly membership fee and earning on the monthly membership fees paid by other affiliates.

My suggestion would be to combine the traditional way of market this opportunity with a highly effective and proven system to generate leads and prospects to any opportunity.
I would also look in to this webinar to get good ideas on how to expand and build a business on internet.
